Shane Churla was back out on the ice Wednesday giving more tips to players on how to protect and handle themselves in a fight.
Take note of the little shuffle defenseman Patrik Nemeth, who is just behind Brett Ritchie, does at about the 5:35 mark of the video below.
The guy who is off camera and pointing out that “We’ve got all this stuff going on and you want to film the fights” is Stars assistant GM Frank Provenzano. My point back, which wasn’t recorded, was that you can shoot only so many goaltender, skating and shooting drills.
Stars web producer Cody Eastwood was out there shooting video today as well, and has Churla on tape talking about what he’s up to out there. You can watch that on the official site here.
